First Presbyterian Church is a simple and loving family community. Our services are straightforward, consisting of musical worship, a message, and sharing what’s going on in our midst. The Sunday morning 8:00am service is in the chapel and is casual, usually a smaller group with comfortable interaction. Gluten-free Communion is celebrated weekly during this service. Our Sunday morning 10:00am service in the sanctuary is traditional & uplifting: with singing of hymns, readings, and a sermon. We share our joys and concerns and offer each other peace in every service. Communion at this time occurs on the first Sunday of the month (gluten-free also available). We don’t have a strict dress code. Some people dress casually, others more formally, and there’s almost everything in-between. During the service, we have a Time for Children and then PreK-8th grades are invited to go to Sunday School in our Karen Kaiser Parish House. After the service is over, you’ll find almost everyone engaged in conversations during the Fellowship Hour. The kids will be playing in the gym and furthering their own friendships! We welcome you to join us.
